On your end, it will allow you to easily request, view, accept and reject quotes, upload files and reference documents securely, monitor progress, access stats, review project histories and much more.
The platform will send you notifications when new files are ready, and it provides you with full transparency and control over all your projects both past and present.

XTRF is a web-based tool and the sign-up process is simple. Once you’re logged in, you will have access to different tabs and functions that allow you to easily request quotes, submit files, and monitor project progress in real time.
In effect, it’s your first port of call whenever you have any questions or requests, allowing you to execute simple actions both quickly and efficiently. Of course, you are also welcome to communicate with us via the usual channels, and we will always be on hand to discuss more complex requests.
Upload Documents
The platform provides a secure environment for the uploading and downloading of documents – both those to be translated as well as any references or instructions. All file transfers are encrypted, ensuring that sensitive content is protected at all times against unauthorised access.
Using XTRF for document management therefore ensures confidentiality while also making it easier to exchange and keep track of documents.
Manage Quotes
Using XTRF, you can easily submit quote requests by uploading source files and specifying project details, all within a user-friendly, web-based interface. The system allows for quick turnarounds, with clear visibility into pricing, timelines and scope before approval.
Once accepted, quotes seamlessly convert into active projects, streamlining the workflow from inquiry to delivery.
