Meet Natascha – our multitasker, part-time squid and full-time structure ninja. Officially, she’s our Process Manager and SEO Expert, but unofficially? She’s the go-to person when CAT tools misbehave, marketing campaigns need a spark, or you simply need someone to remind you to just keep swimming.

With a brain wired for process optimisation and a desk so tidy it could be used as a meditation space, Natascha keeps chaos at bay while secretly mastering the ancient art of workplace anger management. She’s the only one who could go from solving complex localisation issues to knitting through a fantasy film marathon without missing a beat.

Natascha has always been a language nerd. She studied Latin, German, English and Spanish at college, and in 2018, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting from Aarhus University in Denmark.

Whether she’s walking (or being dragged) through the Norwegian woods by her dog, sipping Bloody Marys in the sun, or dreaming of ceviche in Lima, she brings a grounded, quietly humorous energy to the team. Oh, and she once dressed up as an orc for fun – just leaving that there. No comment!

She won the Comunica team treasure hunt in Mijas, an accomplishment she’ll never let us forget – and honestly, we wouldn’t want her to. SEO-savvy, introvert-approved, and always two steps ahead, Natascha is the teammate you didn’t know you needed but are very glad to have.
