Josefine is a Danish translator and proofreader who moonlights as an occasional project management hero — basically, she’s the kind of person who can juggle multiple tasks and make it look effortless. Her proudest work achievement is structuring her time so well that she somehow manages to fit everything in — and still manage to squeeze in a quick padel match or a sunset at the beach.
Her colleagues like to tease her about her healthy habits (there’s always one person eating a salad while the rest are raiding the snack drawer), but don’t be fooled — she has a soft spot for vegan cake and chocolate. Josefine studied Spanish at Aalborg University before then completing a Master’s in Spanish Business Language and International Business Communication in Aarhus. Besides Spanish, English and the full suite of Scandinavian languages, she is also professionally proficient in German. Outside work, Josefine channels her creative side through painting, drawing, and knitting — and occasionally dreaming of Chilean lunches with piscolas and completos. She listens to herbal tea (yes, listens — that’s how zen she is), and her hidden talent is making weird but oddly profound connections that get everyone laughing and thinking.
