Elena has been part of the Comunica family for over a decade, and in that time, she’s mastered the art of turning chaos into calm. As Account Manager, she thrives on jumping into tricky projects, untangling delays, CAT tool mishaps, or last-minute changes, and still making sure clients get seamless, high-quality results. To the outside world, everything runs smoothly; behind the scenes, Elena is quietly putting out fires with patience, tact and perseverance – her very own superhero toolkit.

Elena holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Málaga and speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian. At work, she’s not just a bridge between clients and linguists – she’s also a listener, motivator and sometimes even an accidental psychologist (just ask any linguist who’s poured their heart out to her mid-project.) And when she finds a fantastic new linguist? Expect to hear her joyful declaration: ‘I’m in love with this guy!’

Known for her positivity and warm hugs, Elena is the one who can brighten up even the busiest day in the office. In her free time, she recharges with seaside walks, yoga or pilates, and she loves her monthly book club evenings. She’s hiked three routes of the Camino, lights up the dance floor with salsa, and has a not-so-secret weakness for dark chocolate.

If life were a movie, she’d be the sharp, witty detective solving mysteries with brains and charm. And if we were all stranded on a desert island? Elena would make sure no one goes hungry – thanks to her fishing skills – and that spirits stay high. Because for her, it’s always about keeping the team strong, smiling and moving forward together.
