Now that we have AI tools like ChatGPT, can’t we just do all this ourselves?
The short answer is no, although it’s a good question – and we know this is something that marketing managers hear a lot from their bosses higher up the chain. The thing is, AI is great, but it’s not a fool-proof, oven-ready solution. It’s a wide world of different tools and possibilities, but also of pitfalls and problems.
