Regional Manager for the Nordics
Ellinor is our Regional Manager for the Nordics, which basically means she’s a professional blabbermouth by trade – and proud of it. She spends her days chatting with clients, prospects and partners, and on a good day, she’s nothing short of a social superhero. Nothing makes her feel more like a rock star than completing a super productive client meeting – that feeling she gets when all the pieces click nicely into place.
Ellinor was born in the southern Swedish city of Lund – where she also studied and formed part of a musical comedy theatre group known as Spex. She speaks Swedish, English and Spanish, and ever since moving to Copenhagen, she’s been working hard to sharpen her Danish accent to near-native level. Just ask her to say rødgrød med fløde whenever you see her – she’ll be delighted!
Around the office, Ellinor is known for her royal standards (sometimes she’s hilariously picky about tiny details that nobody else even notices, but to her, they matter – a lot). She’ll happily admit she’s basically the 👸🏼 princess emoji come to life, post-it note crown included. In fact, she’s got one right on her desk that reads: ‘It’s go time!’ – because why not? Her catchphrase is ‘Happy to connect!’ which, let’s be honest, is exactly her vibe.
Outside of work, she winds down by indulging in the good life: Cooking up a delicious dinner, taking long walks and curling up with a great book. She’s also a total 80s movie aficionado – ask her about Streets of Fire and prepare to be hit with a wave of enthusiasm that’ll have you reaching for the escape hatch. While she used to run on coffee, these days she’s more of a green tea convert (‘like a dork,’ as she puts it). Swedish candy, however, remains non-negotiable as a constant source of fuel to get through the days.
Her favourite team memory is the work Christmas dinner – an occasion filled with good food and great laughs, not with colleagues, not even with friends, but with family. Because that’s the word she’d use to sum up Comunica – family. Whether she’s dazzling clients, belting out ‘I Will Survive’ at karaoke, or reminding us all that ‘it’s go time,’ Ellinor is proof that energy, warmth and a bit of princess flair can go a very long way.
